About the Role

Select Rentals is a real estate company headquartered in Bangalore, focused on providing quality rental properties and reliable management services. This is a full-time, on-site Property Manager role based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of residential rental properties.
• Manage tenant relations, lease administration, and rent collection.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs.
• Conduct property inspections.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships.
• Ensure properties meet safety and regulatory requirements.
• Address tenant inquiries and concerns.
• Support lease renewals.
• Minimize vacancies through effective communication and basic marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Prepare reports for ownership.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient property operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in property management, real estate operations, or a related field.
• Strong skills in tenant communication, conflict resolution, and customer service.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance activities, manage vendors, and oversee inspections.
• Basic knowledge of lease agreements, rental regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with property management software or similar digital tools.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Comfort with handling financial tasks such as rent collection, expense tracking, and basic reporting.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage multiple properties or tasks simultaneously.
• Relevant education in business, real estate, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent experience is also valued.
