About the Role
As an Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Wanda Carlson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to daily business operations and customer success. You will grow the agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will improve customers' lives by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
The team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
The agency is located in Milford, CT and helps customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto insurance, Home insurance, Life insurance, and Retirement planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

Compensation
- $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
