This is a full-time remote role, requiring effective virtual communication, time management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for various roles within the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms.
• Conduct candidate assessments.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Build talent pipelines.
• Support employer branding efforts.
• Ensure a fair, inclusive, and compliant hiring process.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Skills in stakeholder communication, relationship building, and negotiation.
• Skills in applicant tracking, documentation, and basic HR administration.
• Skills in understanding business needs, workforce planning, and aligning hiring strategies with organizational growth objectives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in HR or recruitment is beneficial.
• Familiarity with online job platforms and social media recruiting is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inclusive hiring practices is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) is preferred.
