This is an on-site position based in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and researching relevant influencers across social media platforms.
• Compile outreach lists.
• Support communication with influencers under guidance from the marketing team.
• Help draft collaboration proposals.
• Track campaign performance metrics.
• Coordinate content schedules.
• Support social media and digital marketing activities.
• Contribute ideas for creative campaigns.
• Prepare basic reports on influencer initiatives.

Qualifications

• Interest in influencer marketing, social media trends, and digital campaigns, with a basic understanding of major platforms (Instagram, YouTube etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct structured online research, organize data in spreadsheets, and maintain accurate records of influencer activities.
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines.
• Comfort working on-site in Noida as part of a collaborative team, with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and analytics tools is an added advantage.
