About the Role

Gala Intelligence is seeking a Sales & Marketing Intern to generate qualified leads, promote products, and convert opportunities into paying customers. This role involves close collaboration with the founder and product team to enhance market presence and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers through research, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and digital campaigns.
• Create content for social media, email campaigns, and sales presentations.
• Understand customer needs and conduct product demonstrations.
• Manage follow-ups, trials, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Maintain CRM records and track sales and campaign performance.
• Share customer feedback and coordinate smooth onboarding.
• Work towards agreed lead generation and revenue targets.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting and customer follow-ups.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn, and digital marketing.
• Ability to clearly explain software products and their business value.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Strong ownership, organization, and a results-oriented approach.
