About the Role
Apnaaapan is a digital marketing agency focused on helping businesses grow their online presence. This is a full-time, on-site Insta Reel Creator Fresher role based in Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and create engaging Instagram Reels, including ideation and scripting simple concepts.
- Shoot short-form videos.
- Edit Reels using mobile or desktop tools, adding music, text, and effects.
- Optimize content for reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align Reels with campaign goals.
- Follow current social media trends.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Learn quickly, take feedback constructively, and support broader social media content efforts.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic video creation and editing skills (e.g., using Instagram, CapCut, InShot, or similar tools).
- Strong creative and storytelling abilities with a flair for short-form, visually appealing content.
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, trending audio, hashtags, and social media best practices.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn, adaptability to fast-paced digital trends, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Relevant coursework, internships, or a portfolio of Reels or short videos will be considered an advantage.
- A basic understanding of digital marketing and audience engagement metrics will be beneficial.
