About the Role

Position: Apprentice - Java J2EE

Key Responsibilities

• Perform basic job role functions with close supervision.
• Assist experienced employees by performing entry-level tasks.
• Communicate in a professional manner using verbal and written communications.
• Perform basic problem-solving functions.
• Monitor and report on assigned business area measurements as applicable.
• Work in a real-time corporate environment and adapt to the transition from college to the corporate world.

Requirements & Tech Stack

For Technical Apprentice:

• Programming knowledge like, PL/SQL, SQL.

For Electronic Engineering Apprentice:

• Programming knowledge like, C, C++, Python.
• Basic understanding of microcontrollers or microprocessors/Power electronics/FPGA.
• Thorough understanding of Lab equipment like DSO and Multimeters.

Qualifications

• 2026 Pass out, Fresh Graduates with 60% Aggregate.
• Technical Apprentice: MCA/MSc IT/BE/B. Tech (IT, CS, Electronics related streams only).

May refer students awaiting final semester results, provided they have no backlogs and possess their provisional degree certificate at the time of joining.

• Apprentice Program for 1 year (extendable subject to program norms & conditions / convertible to employee subject to performance & availability of roles).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to express ideas with clarity.
• Demonstrate Logical and analytical thinking skills.
• Skill in prioritizing work and multi-tasking.
• Committed and willingness to learn, contribute, and grow.
• Process oriented and a good team player.
• Good to have knowledge on MS Office: Basic Excel & PPT is an addon advantage.
