Barista

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and beverage items, following standardized recipes and food safety guidelines.
• Taking customer orders.
• Operating coffee equipment.
• Handling payments.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the bar and seating areas.
• Engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responding to questions about the menu.
• Ensuring orders are accurate and delivered promptly.
• Restocking supplies.
• Supporting peak-hour operations.
• Working collaboratively with the team to maintain smooth service.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills.
• Communication skills.
• Barista skills, including operating coffee machines, preparing espresso-based drinks, and maintaining equipment.
• Food Preparation skills and an understanding of basic hygiene and safety standards.
• Relevant qualifications such as experience in cafés or restaurants, basic cash-handling skills, and the ability to stand for extended periods are beneficial.
• A positive attitude, reliability in attendance, willingness to learn, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays are desirable.
