About the Role
ARP Advisory LLP is seeking driven, detail-oriented Qualified Chartered Accountants for an Associate/Consultant role in Bengaluru. This position offers comprehensive exposure across multiple domains, working closely with senior professionals and partners on diverse assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the finance function of clients
- Undertake month-end closure activities and MIS reporting
- Handle direct and indirect tax compliance, including return filings and documentation
- Prepare and finalize financial statements as per applicable accounting standards
- Assist in statutory audits across sectors
- Participate in corporate law and regulatory compliance under Companies Act, FEMA, and SEBI
- Conduct research and analysis on accounting, tax, payroll, and legal matters
- Prepare and review working papers, reports, and deliverables with high accuracy
- Contribute to due diligence, valuation, and restructuring projects
- Engage directly with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution
- Manage fund operations
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (0-2 years experience)
- Strong conceptual understanding of accounting, finance, taxation & auditing
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books)
- High integrity, responsibility, and professional ethics
- Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow
