About the Role
ACJ Talent is partnering with a growing recruitment business in Austin that is looking to hire an experienced Recruitment Consultant. This opportunity would suit someone with at least 6 months’ recruitment or staffing experience who is looking to continue developing within a strong, supportive recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Building and maintaining strong candidate and client relationships
- Working live vacancies through to placement
- Business development and developing new client relationships
- Working towards individual and team targets
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Minimum 6 months’ recruitment/staffing experience
- Agency recruitment experience preferred
- Confident communicator with a strong sales mindset
- Ambitious and commercially driven
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Based in Austin or able to commute into Austin
