About the Role
This role provides in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Building displays and end caps.
- Resetting shelves with product rotation.
- Tracking inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the work location.
- Must be comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
- Must be able to perform physical work, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
- Must be a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
- Must be able to work independently and possess successful team building skills.
- Must have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided.
