About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Software Engineer Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will assist in designing, developing, and testing software components and back-end services under the guidance of senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Writing clean, maintainable code.
- Debugging and resolving issues.
- Participating in code reviews.
- Contributing to technical documentation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional team members to support ongoing projects.
- Learning modern development practices.
- Helping implement improvements to performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and operating systems.
- Hands-on experience or coursework in Software Development and Back-End Web Development.
- Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Familiarity with at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript) and version control tools such as Git.
- Ability to learn quickly, analyze problems, and propose practical solutions in a team environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Openness to feedback and mentorship.
