About the Role

Join the Department of Water Resources as a Water Resources Engineering Associate (Specialist) and utilize science, technology, engineering, and mathematics to create a better California. This role involves a wide variety of complex engineering and operations duties associated with water transport and delivery, water sales, and power generation operation of the entire Southern Field Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex engineering and operations duties associated with water transport and delivery, water sales, and power generation operation.
• Work closely with the State Water Project Analysis Office (SWPAO) and the Project Records and Reports offices.
• May perform administrative tasks in SAP, including time reports, program reports, requisitioning, and work order notifications.
• Provide support to the Planner/Scheduler function.
