About the Role
As a Mathematics Teacher (m/w/d), you will teach learners online in various areas of mathematics, adapting your explanations to different learning levels. This is a full-time position and will be performed entirely remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Create structured lesson plans.
- Prepare digital teaching materials.
- Develop assignments, exercises, and tests for progress monitoring.
- Provide individual support to learners.
- Give regular feedback on learning progress.
- Continuously optimize teaching methods.
- Collaborate with other professionals on curriculum development.
- Contribute to creating a motivating, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications
- Subject Matter Expertise: Sound knowledge in mathematics and ideally specialized training in Mathematics Education.
- Pedagogical Qualification: You are a Qualified Teacher with experience in mathematics teaching and working with diverse learning groups.
- Instructional Design: Skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development to design structured, learning-objective-oriented lessons.
- Didactic and Digital Skills: Confident use of digital teaching tools, online whiteboards, and learning platforms, along with the ability to convey complex content clearly and visually.
- Personal Competencies: Strong communication skills, patience, organizational skills, independent work ethic in a remote environment, and enthusiasm for continuous professional and didactic development.
