About the Role

The Volunteer role at Bikano is a full-time, on-site position based in Udaipur.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations such as assisting with product display and sampling.
• Help with basic customer interactions.
• Provide general support during promotional events and in-store activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in designated areas.
• Assist with stock arrangement under supervision.
• Aid team members with simple administrative or coordination tasks.
• Follow safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Collaborate with staff.
• Uphold Bikano’s standards for quality and customer service.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with customers and team members.
• Basic proficiency in English and local languages.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, reliability, and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Basic organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple simple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Willingness to learn about Bikano products, food safety practices, and brand guidelines.
• Ability to follow instructions consistently.
• Capacity to work on-site for full-time shifts in Udaipur.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, events, or customer service is beneficial but not required.
