About the Role

The Volunteer at ONE MAN Consultancy will support day-to-day public relations and communication activities in a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting press releases, social media posts, and other content.
• Help coordinate outreach to media contacts.
• Support event planning and execution.
• Research industry trends.
• Monitor media coverage.
• Help prepare reports and presentations for internal and client use.
• Collaborate with the PR team to ensure consistent messaging.
• Maintain organized records of campaigns.
• Contribute to creative ideas that enhance brand visibility.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to support public relations activities, including media outreach, event coordination, and basic campaign administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, engaging content for different channels.
• Interest in brand storytelling, marketing, and communications, and willingness to learn PR best practices.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborating with diverse team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Relevant coursework or experience in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
