Business Development and Marketing Intern

About the Role

Unistanz Software Private Limited is seeking enthusiastic freshers for a Business Development and Marketing Intern role to gain hands-on experience in market expansion, sales, and client relationship management within the software industry.

Internship Program

• 3 months' paid internship with a stipend of 8k - 12k per month + incentives on closures (range from 2k - 20000).
• High-performing interns will be considered for full-time job offers upon successful completion of the program.
• You will work closely with our CEO and Higher Business Leaders to identify opportunities, support client acquisition, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding the products and services offered by Unistanz.
• Mentorship from Higher Business Leaders.
• Cold calling and identifying potential clients and strategize for market expansion.
• Cold calling with leads generated through software like Apollo and Redrob.
• Engaging with existing and new clients to build long-term relationships.
• In-person visits and meetings with clients and partners.
• Generating positive leads.
• Converting leads to actual business.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience in using lead generation platforms like Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and others.
• Experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Client Interaction (2 to 6 months prior experience considered for internship with full-time employment interest).

Qualifications

• Fresh Graduates (BBA, BMS, MBA, MMS, B.Tech, B.Com with specialization in Marketing preferred) or any graduate with an interest in Growth, Market expansion, and marketing of software products & services.
• Substantial knowledge of current trends in Technology and Automation would be a plus.
• Proactive and self-motivated candidates with a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Dates: 26th October Monday & 27th October Tuesday

Timings: 10:30 am to 1:00 pm & 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Working Hours: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
