Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the loading, analysis and reporting of external client healthcare data
• Work closely with developers and business teams to implement and improve data validations alongside Orbit/Cognos reports
• Interpret data and communicate results to external stakeholders to understand the data specifications and how to improve overall data quality from a non-technical standpoint
• Work with cross-functional teams in solving complex and/or critical issues, and to develop innovative solutions
• Organize, sort and filter data in order to distinguish patterns and recognize trends
• Understand, quantify and communicate data topics effectively
• Work with business and leadership stakeholders across payer platforms to enhance data quality for enhancing program value
• Detect and address data issues to remediate data quality problems
• Make recommendations based on the analysis and provide explanations for reporting results for both internal operations and our customers
• Interpret requirements and translates them into data requirements for complex projects
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements & Tech Stack

• HS Diploma required
• 2+ years experience performing data analytics and reporting
• 1 year experience with relational database management systems (SQL or Oracle preferred)
• 1 year of experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis
• 1 years of experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and PowerPoint
• 6 months of hands-on experience leveraging AI chat assistants (Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and similar platforms) to improve productivity
