Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Channel Partner role based in Mumbai. The Channel Partner will develop and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, distributors, and other strategic partners to drive sales of Decor Story’s bespoke products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new channel partners.
- Build sales plans.
- Coordinate promotional activities to expand market reach.
- Manage partner accounts.
- Monitor performance against targets.
- Provide product training and updates.
- Ensure smooth coordination between partners and internal teams.
- Gather market insights.
- Recommend improvements to partner programs.
- Support the overall business growth strategy in the region.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Channel Sales and working with Channel Partners to drive revenue growth.
- Strong skills in Account Management and Sales, with the ability to nurture long-term partner relationships.
- Ability to contribute to Business Planning, including sales forecasting and partner development strategies.
- Experience in the furniture, interiors, luxury, or design sector is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Comfort working on-site in Mumbai and engaging regularly with external partners and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and collaboration skills.
