About the Role

A full-time, on-site opportunity for an Associate Backend Developer (Java) based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India. Ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in Java backend development, software engineering, REST APIs, databases, microservices, enterprise applications, cloud technologies, system integration, and modern backend development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Java-based backend applications, APIs, databases, enterprise platforms, automation solutions, and internal digital systems.
• Collaborate with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams.

Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Final-year students completing their degree and available for full-time employment.
• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Java backend development, backend software development, software engineering, application development, API development, enterprise software, or related technology roles.
• Candidates currently working in roles such as Associate Backend Developer (Java), Junior Java Developer, Java Backend Developer, Backend Developer (Java), Java Backend Engineer, Spring Boot Developer, Associate Software Engineer, Graduate Software Engineer, or Junior Software Engineer.
• Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
• Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to understand business and technical requirements and contribute to practical, reliable, scalable, maintainable, and secure Java backend solutions.
• Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
• Willingness to learn new Java technologies, backend frameworks, databases, APIs, cloud platforms, testing tools, and modern software-engineering practices.
