About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Java Developer to join our software development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain applications using Java.
- Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Work with Core Java concepts, including OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, and Multithreading.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
- Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Write SQL queries and perform basic database operations.
- Use Git for version control and code management.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Learn and implement industry best practices under the guidance of senior developers.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Core Java, OOPs concepts
- Java Fundamentals: Collections Framework, Exception Handling, Multithreading, Strings, and Java 8 features (Lambda Expressions, Streams)
- Frameworks: Spring Framework and Spring Boot
- Web Technologies: Basic knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, HTML, and CSS
- Database: SQL, MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
- ORM: Basic knowledge of Hibernate or JPA
- Version Control: Git and GitHub/GitLab
- Tools: Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, or VS Code
- Build Tools: Maven or Gradle
- Testing: Basic knowledge of JUnit and Mockito
- Basic knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong Java fundamentals and practical projects are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD concepts.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience developing academic, internship, or personal Java projects.
