Management Information System Executive

About the Role

Karmic Beverages PVT. LTD. is seeking a full-time, on-site Management Information System (MIS) Executive for its Pune Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to support management decisions.
• Collect and validate data from various departments.
• Analyze trends and highlight variances or issues.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, finance, and other teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
• Assist in designing or improving reporting formats and dashboards.
• Support data migration.
• Maintain information systems.
• Document processes to improve reporting efficiency and reliability.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong knowledge of Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS), including understanding of data structures and reporting frameworks.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools).
• Comfort working with large datasets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Analytical Skills and experience in MIS Reporting.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting reports.
• Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a structured approach to documentation and data validation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in FMCG, beverages, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and manage multiple reporting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
