About the Role

Auradeck is a modern platform designed with therapists, for therapists, to simplify and centralize the everyday work of running a therapy practice. It replaces scattered tools like notes, spreadsheets, calendars, and messaging apps with one calm, connected workspace for session documentation, assessments, scheduling, billing, and client management. The team is focused on building not just software, but better infrastructure and standards for how contemporary therapy practices can operate, while preserving the deeply human nature of therapeutic work. Auradeck incorporates AI thoughtfully to handle administrative tasks so therapists can stay at the center of care. The product is being built collaboratively with the therapy community, reflecting real practitioner needs and feedback.

As a Founders Office Intern at Auradeck, you will work closely with the founding team on a variety of strategic and operational projects that directly support product development and business growth.
