Key Responsibilities

• AR followup and collections within Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proven experience of minimum 6 months in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Solid understanding of medical billing processes, insurance claims, and reimbursement methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with insurance companies, patients, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in billing software, Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of medical coding (ICD10, CPT) will be an added advantage.

Shift & Work Model

• Flexible to work night shifts (US time zone).
• 5 days working from office.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in finance or any graduate.
