About the Role

The Member role at Indemy is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune District. This role involves regular interaction with learners, supporting concept-based teaching, and ensuring learning experiences are clear, structured, and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate sessions.
• Assist educators with learning materials.
• Gather feedback from learners.
• Contribute to the improvement of teaching methods and resources.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a supportive learning environment.
• Uphold Indemy’s philosophy of clarity-first education.
• Participate in administrative or operational activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand complex ideas and explain them in simple, structured ways, with a strong focus on conceptual clarity and learner support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with learners, educators, and team members respectfully and collaboratively.
• Organizational and coordination skills to manage schedules, learning sessions, and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify learner confusion, gather feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of learning processes.
• Comfort working on-site in the Pune District and collaborating in a dynamic, education-focused environment.
• Relevant academic background or experience in education, training, mentoring, or student support is beneficial.
• Basic digital literacy and familiarity with online learning platforms or educational technology is an advantage.
