The Role: Graphic Designer

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to help bring our clients' brands to life across social media content, including posts, stories, banners, and promo content. You will work closely with the founders, jumping into concept discussions, turning briefs into designs, tightening layouts, and preparing files for live deployment. You will also be involved in branding work, shaping logos, and ensuring consistency in typography and visual style.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Create social media content (posts, stories, banners, promo content).
• Collaborate on concepts and turn briefs into designs.
• Refine layouts and prepare files for platform deployment.
• Contribute to branding work, including logo design.
• Ensure consistency in typography and visual style across client materials.

What we're looking for

• Solid graphic design skills with an ability to create engaging visuals.
• Experience with branding and logo design.
• A good eye for typography, layout, readability, and consistency.
• Comfortable using the standard design toolkit: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar.
• A portfolio showcasing original, brand-driven thinking.
• Ability to be based in Mumbai and work on-site.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, receptiveness to feedback, and enjoyment of design refinement.

Qualifications

• Background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar.
• Strong practical experience will also be considered.
