Channel Team Lead, AMZL , ATSPL

About the Role

Amazon is seeking a Channel Team Lead for its AMZL, ATSPL - GJ transportation team to expand and manage operations for a new delivery channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Development Executives (ADEs).
• Ensure consistent execution of Amazon's Hub Delivery model.
• Provide hands-on coaching in prospecting, onboarding, and performance management.
• Foster a culture of accountability, commitment, and field excellence.
• Monitor team KPIs across operations, activation, and delivery quality.
• Identify systemic issues within territories and implement corrective action plans.
• Partner with Operations, Last Mile, and Program teams to resolve systemic issues impacting delivery quality.
• Provide consolidated field insights to improve program design, partner experience, and scalability.
• Oversee and guide a team of ADEs tasked with onboarding and managing local retail partners in Amazon's Hub Delivery program.
• Ensure ADEs achieve activation and performance targets.
• Maintain Amazon's high delivery standards.
• Serve as coach, problem-solver, and results driver.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
• Fluency in English (speak, write, and read).
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Experience with Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
