About the Role

A full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area, focused on overseeing day-to-day activities related to FIBC production.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring manufacturing processes.
• Coordinating with quality control.
• Ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards.
• Supporting material planning.
• Supervising handling and storage of FIBC products.
• Collaborating with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and inventory accuracy.
• Inspecting finished goods.
• Documenting production data.
• Reporting process issues.
• Assisting in the implementation of process improvements.
• Maintaining communication with supervisors, operators, and other stakeholders for efficient workflow and meeting performance expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial production, packaging, or FIBC manufacturing, with a strong understanding of shop-floor processes and material handling.
• Knowledge of basic quality control practices, including inspection of finished goods, documentation, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, warehouse, logistics) and manage routine operational tasks with accuracy and reliability.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to follow established procedures while contributing to continuous improvement.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Ahmedabad Area.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience in the flexible packaging or FIBC industry is an advantage.
• A relevant technical or industrial diploma/degree is preferred.
