About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end freight brokerage operations for US lanes.
• Sourcing and negotiating with carriers.
• Securing capacity.
• Coordinating daily dispatch.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Freight brokerage and Brokerage skills.
• Experience in US logistics operations.
• Customer Service proficiency to build and maintain client and carrier relationships.
• Knowledge of US transportation regulations, market trends, and freight rate structures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with logistics software, load boards, and basic MS Office tools.
• Proven track record in a freight brokerage or logistics role.
• Prior US market experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in logistics, supply chain, business, or equivalent professional experience.
