About the Role

The purpose of this role is to support client engagements by delivering high-quality analytical insights and data-driven solutions to complex business problems within the pharmaceutical domain. The incumbent will work with diverse data sets, leverage advanced analytical and visualization tools, and collaborate closely with cross-functional and global teams to ensure timely, accurate, and impactful project outcomes. This role is designed to develop strong problem-solving, technical, and client-facing capabilities while contributing to overall project success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage problem-solving skills to devise solutions to client business problems.
• Conduct analysis on complex and multiple pharma data sets.
• Work on analytical and visualization tools such as R/Python/Tableau/SQL.
• Deliver task/client deliverables through a structured project management approach.
• Ensure quality control in accordance with guidance from the project manager.
• Work with the team/project lead in all business-related tasks/activities, building project documentation and knowledge repository, etc.
• Take ownership of assigned project tasks and deliver projects with high quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in using analytical and visualization tools such as Excel, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI.
• Industry experience in analytics and technology.
• Strong organizational and task management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in an international matrix environment with global clients/stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Engineering/Master’s Degree from a Tier-I/Tier-II institution/university with evidence of strong academics and aptitude.
• General stats knowledge is a plus.
