Job Title: RCF_IC_Engineer P&M

Key Responsibilities

• Project wise allocation & monitoring of all assets related to P&M.
• Daily, weekly & monthly reports generation & review.
• Program preparation for optimum utilization of resources.
• Monitoring hired P&M.
• Monitoring HSD consumption & tracking.
• Monitoring output from different P&M.
• Identification of breakdowns & its risk.
• Minimizing idle P&M.
• Erection of major plant & machinery.
• Budget preparation for P&M.
• P&M cost monitoring.
• Servicing/ regular maintenance of equipment's.
• Preparation of DMR and analysis.

Scope of Equipment

• Construction Vehicles: Dumpers, Tippers, Trailers, Four Wheelers.
• Material Handling Equipment: Cranes.
• Construction Equipments: TBM, Concrete Mixers, Compactors, Pavers, Road Rollers, Heavy Duty Pumps, Batching Plants, etc.

Project Scope

• Should handle both Roads and Bridges and Metro projects.
