About the Role
You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Optimizing working capital, providing real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, and streamlining billing processes. This team overlooks the entire processes that start from customer inquiry, sales order to delivery and invoicing. The Cash Application Processing team focuses on solving queries related to cash applications and coordination with the customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports.
- Conduct analysis and reconcile transactions.
- Optimize working capital.
- Provide real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow.
- Streamline billing processes.
- Solve queries related to cash applications.
- Coordinate with customers.
- Apply unapplied cash.
- Reconcile suspense accounts in cash application.
- Process payments from receipt to finalization.

Qualifications
- Any Graduation
- Understanding of cash applications.
- Understanding of the process of applying unapplied cash.
- Understanding of reconciliation of suspense accounts in cash application.
- Understanding of processing from payment receipt to finalization.
- Understanding of end-to-end processes that address all aspects of collecting cash from initial order receipt and credit authorization to collections and revenue assurance activities.
