About the Role

We are seeking a Fashion Designer who is passionate about fashion, design, creativity, innovation, and mentoring aspiring designers. This role involves contributing to our fashion learning ecosystem by creating engaging learning experiences, developing fashion content, mentoring learners, conducting research, and participating in creative and product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging, informative content for learners, including lessons, tutorials, and resources in fashion.
• Personal Training Sessions (Online): Provide one-on-one or group training sessions remotely, guiding learners through relevant fashion topics and skills.
• Reports and Analysis: Monitor and evaluate learner progress, providing data-driven insights to enhance the learning experience.
• Mentoring and Counselling: Offer personal guidance and support to fashion learners, assisting them in navigating challenges and achieving their goals.
• Team Creation: Build and manage smaller remote teams across different states, aiding in the hiring and onboarding process.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Fashion Design Principles: Strong understanding of fashion design principles, trends, textiles, garment construction, and design development.
• Design Software: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or other relevant design software is preferred.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong presentation, communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion: Passion for fashion, education, creativity, and hands-on learning.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in Fashion Design, Product Development, Fashion Education, or a related field.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Freshers with an exceptional portfolio and strong communication skills are welcome.
• A portfolio showcasing fashion design projects is mandatory.
