About the Role
White Lodging develops and operates a portfolio of award-winning premium hotels, rooftop bars, and restaurants. As a Dishwasher and kitchen support associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth back-of-house operations — maintaining cleanliness, supporting the culinary team, and creating a safe and efficient work environment that enables great dining experiences. This is an entry-level kitchen job with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sweep and mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other assigned kitchen equipment using designated cleaning chemicals.
- Keep floors and work surfaces free of trash, water, and debris to maintain a safe back-of-house environment and prevent workplace accidents.
- Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans, and wash by hand or in the commercial dishwasher.
- Sort silverware before cleaning; properly load and unload the dishwasher to ensure sanitation standards are met.
- Sort and store all clean china, glassware, silverware, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures.
- Assist with unloading product from supply trucks and supporting the culinary team with kitchen tasks as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- No prior dishwasher or kitchen experience required.
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and back-of-house teammates in a fast-paced hotel restaurant environment.
- Comfort working quickly and efficiently in a high-volume commercial kitchen setting.
- Physical ability to stand and move at a fast pace for extended periods throughout your shift.

Compensation
- Starts at a range from $19.29 to $20.00.
