About the Role

MSME SAHAYAK, a division of Sahayak Advisory Private Limited, supports the growth of Indian startups and MSMEs through comprehensive strategic and legal advisory services. The Designer Non-IT role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The designer will create and refine visual concepts, layouts, and communication materials that support advisory services for MSMEs and startups.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and refine visual concepts, layouts, and communication materials.
• Support advisory services for MSMEs and startups, including presentations, reports, marketing collateral, process diagrams, and generating master decks with financial data.
• Collaborate with project managers and subject-matter experts to translate complex information into clear, user-friendly visual formats.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to understand client needs, interpret data, and translate business concepts into effective design solutions.
• Fundamental understanding of MSMEs and interacting with other government portals.
• Experience with project management practices, including planning, prioritising tasks, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to integrate visual design with processes and documentation, ensuring cohesive and practical outputs that support advisory objectives.
• Proficiency in User Experience (UX) principles, focusing on clarity, accessibility, and ease of use across reports, presentations, and communication materials.
• Advanced skills in common design and layout software (e.g., Canva, Figma, or equivalent) and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Relevant diploma or degree in design, visual communication, fine arts, or a related field.
• Prior experience designing for professional services or consulting firms is an advantage.
