Key Responsibilities

• Departmental Rotation: Rotate through sales, marketing, and customer service departments to gain supervisory experience.
• Customer Interaction: Develop customer-facing skills, understand customer needs, handle inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing and sales) to execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Conduct Market Research: Analyze consumer behavior to identify marketing trends and opportunities.
• Team Leadership: Learn and practice effective leadership techniques by working closely with experienced managers to oversee and motivate teams.
• Training: Train high-performing employees to achieve objectives for sales, profitability, and market share.
