About the Role
The Property Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Property Advisor will guide clients through property selection, evaluation, and transaction processes, ensuring that their investment and occupancy needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting property visits.
- Preparing market comparisons.
- Advising on pricing and negotiation strategies.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to close deals.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends.
- Supporting clients with documentation and basic financial implications of property decisions.
- Delivering consistent, high-quality customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Property Management and Investments skills.
- Foundational Finance skills to explain basic financial aspects of real estate transactions.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in real estate advisory, brokerage, or property consulting is highly beneficial.
