About the Role
Progressive Physical Therapy in Chatsworth, CA is seeking a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join their outpatient orthopedic team. Key Responsibilities
- Applying clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
- Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
- Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
- Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
- Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Physical Therapist licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain state licensure.
- AHA BLS required.
- AI enabled Clinical documentation software (reported to reduce documentation time by 90%).
Qualifications
- Experienced Physical Therapists and New Grads are welcome.
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment standards.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000/year
- Additional Compensation:
- Daily productivity incentives (often up to $1300/month)
