About the Role

Progressive Physical Therapy in Tarzana, CA is seeking a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join their outpatient orthopedic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Applying clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey.
• Guiding and overseeing dedicated PTAs.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain state licensure.
• AHA BLS required.
• AI enabled Clinical documentation software.
• Experience with outpatient orthopedic care.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain state licensure.
• AHA BLS required.
• Experienced Physical Therapists and New Grads are welcome to apply.
• Must successfully complete all pre-employment standards.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $90,000 - $115,000/year
• Daily productivity incentives (up to an additional ~$1300/month)
