About the Role

This on-site Marketing and Sales Intern role is based in Pune City and is structured as an internship. The intern will support day-to-day marketing and sales activities, including conducting market research, assisting with lead generation, and helping prepare sales presentations and proposals. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in a professional technology services environment while contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer service interactions.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns and outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to track performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
• Identify opportunities to promote Daxabit’s services.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills (verbal and written).
• Market Research skills.
• Sales skills to support lead generation, client outreach, and follow-up activities.
• Marketing Strategy skills to help plan and execute campaigns.
• Customer Service skills.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools is beneficial.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels is beneficial.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace is beneficial.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune City.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
