Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Salary: $40,000
• Base Salary Increases: Up to $80,000 based on merit performance
• On Target Earnings (Year 1): $75,000–$80,000
• Uncapped Commission: Top performers take home $90,000+
• Bonus: One-time $2,000 bonus upon completion of the training program
