Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Support employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with HR and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective hiring decisions.

• Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting to manage complete hiring processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Skills in Interviewing and Hiring to assess talent effectively and support fair, structured selection decisions.
• Skills in Employer Branding to help promote the organization’s value proposition and attract high-quality candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and social media sourcing tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple requirements, and meet hiring timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment is preferred.
