Sales Consultant

About the Role

ElderGo is India's first travel brand built for senior travellers. We offer comfortable pace, safety-first execution, and group experiences that feel like family.

You will close warm leads for trips that customers have been waiting their whole lives to take. This role focuses on conversations with customers aged 55+, requiring patience and skill. You will start with weekend getaways and progress to international trips as you gain experience.

Career Progression

Trainee → Junior Sales Executive → Sales Executive → Senior Sales Executive → Principal Sales Executive (sell flagship trips, report to the founder) or Sales Team Lead → Sales Head. Promotions are based on performance.

What You'll Own

• Hit your monthly seat target with discipline.
• Build trust on every call, addressing customer concerns proactively.
• Maintain a clean CRM by logging all leads, notes, and follow-ups.
• Protect the brand; customer ratings are as important as closes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• CRM
• Fluent English
• Fluent Hindi
• A third Indian language is a plus.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in inside sales, travel, EdTech, or real estate.
• Comfortable communicating on the phone with individuals older than your parents.
• Number-driven and proactive in managing your pipeline.

Compensation & Role Details

• Total earning potential: Up to ₹10 LPA (fixed + performance incentives).
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
• Location: Bengaluru (remote during probation, office-based after confirmation).
• Reporting to: Founder / Head of Sales.

Incentive Breakdown

• Fixed pay: Monthly salary that increases with promotion.
• Booking incentive: Paid per seat closed, with higher incentives for bigger trips.
• Performance multiplier: Your monthly tier multiplies your incentive.
• Milestone share: A pool that pays out as trips fill.
