Injection Molding Operator

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Injection Molding Operator located in Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up, operating, and maintaining injection molding equipment.
• Ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
• Troubleshooting molding defects.
• Making process adjustments.
• Performing basic preventative maintenance tasks on equipment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production orders.
• Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to use measuring instruments.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Ability to learn new software and technology quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience working in injection molding or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodology is a plus.
• Experience with robotics and automation is a plus.
