About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Senior Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing operational data, developing strategies to improve processes, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, including data analysis, identifying trends, and recommending data-driven solutions
- Strong Communication skills to clearly present insights, collaborate with team members, and convey findings effectively
- Experience in Finance and Accounting to evaluate budgets, create financial models, and ensure fiscal accuracy
- Customer Service skills to understand client needs and improve service delivery processes
- Knowledge of industry tools, software, and technologies related to operations analysis
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (advanced degree or certifications are a plus)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced workplace
- Proficiency in process optimization and operational performance improvement
