- Assists nursing service personnel with patient care activities and related services.
- Assists with personal hygiene, takes vital signs, and changes bed linens.
- May serve and collect food trays, provide for between-meal nourishment, and clean, sterilize, store, and prepare other supplies.
- Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Qualifications
- Required- High School Diploma or GED
- Required-None (Minimum Experience)
- Preferred-Acute care and/or previous clinical experience (Minimum Experience)
- Required Licenses/Certifications:
- Current Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (American Red Cross or American Heart Association)
- If American Red Cross, must obtain American Heart Association within 60-days of hire
- Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Certification within 90-days of hire/transfer
- REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, and ABILITIES:
- Preferred: Prior basic experience performing clerical or customer service duties with prior HUC training/experience in a clinical setting
