Key Responsibilities
- Delivers Exceptional Customer Service
- Assist in Patient Care Functions
- Assist in Delivery of Indirect Patient Care Functions and Transport
- Communication and Documentation of Activities
- Assists patients with activities of daily living and provides basic nursing care to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of the patient.
- Serves as a clinical preceptor to Nursing Assistants & PCT’s and is cross-trained to Unit Associate.
- Assists with maintenance of a safe and clean unit environment.
- Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (Required).
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) must be obtained within 90 days of hire or transfer into role date (Required).
Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant certification from an approved program, Florida-issued CNA license, or completion of first semester of Registered Nurse program.
