About the Role
Love's Travel Stops is seeking Retail Customer Service Cashiers to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean places with friendly faces, providing fast, friendly, and accurate services for customers. Flexibility and teamwork skills are important as duties may vary.
Key Responsibilities
- General customer service duties, including helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs.
- Balancing a cash register by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities.
- Ensuring proper food safety conditions for fresh food and deli products using various methods and technology.
- Cleaning the direct working area, sales floor, restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
- Potential for cross-training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- No experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with using various methods and technology for food safety.
