Key Responsibilities
- Learn the business from day one, based out of a neighborhood branch.
- Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and an operational expert.
- Master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
- Participate in a hands-on learning environment with guidance, mentoring, and support.
- Establish community relationships essential to building business.
- Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
- Understand the importance of putting customers first.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Available to work an average of 47 hours per week.
- Possess a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol convictions on record in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI, DWI).
- Authorized to work in the United States; no work authorization sponsorship required now or in the future.
- Not having interviewed for the same position at any North Carolina location within the past 12 months.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 6 months of work experience in sales, customer service, and/or leadership/management.
- Leadership experience may include:
- Organizations/clubs
- Volunteer work/community service
- Athletics
- Military service
