About the Role
Embark on a rewarding career as an In-Home Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Hopebridge in Edgewood, KY. This is an In-Home position, allowing you to work directly with children and families in their own environments.
Responsibilities
- Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
- Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy.
- Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
- Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
- Work with children by creating an environment that champions continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
- Celebrate victories, help kids and families celebrate milestones.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- No experience necessary; training is provided.
- Paid RBT Certification and training.
